Competence-based Class Groups
One of our unique approaches to innovative learning is our competence-based class groups. Unlike most exams-based schools
where children are assigned to a class based on age, we promote competency-based learning. Children of various ages are
classified and enrolled in the same learning group (category) based on their academic and socioemotional competence than their
age. This approach motivates brilliant and gifted learners to stay competitively and continually challenged throughout their
academic journey while encouraging struggling pupils to work hard, aim to achieve their full potential, and make learning a joyful
and fulfilling journey. Teachers set high expectations for learners and guide and empower them to discover their genius.

Due to our rigorous universal curriculum which enables
learners to easily transition into both the national and
international curricula,
learners are assessed using both the Cambridge Assessment standards
and the Ghana Education Service (GES) evaluation system to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their academic progress.
Under the Cambridge framework, assessments focus on critical thinking, problem-solving,
and application of knowledge rather than rote memorization.
Learners are evaluated through formative assessments, coursework,
and standardized Cambridge Progression Tests, which track their performance in core subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science.
Additionally, Checkpoint Exams at key stages provide insights into their strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring they meet international academic benchmarks.
In alignment with the Ghana Education System, students also undergo structured assessments,
including continuous assessment tests, class exercises, projects, and end-of-term examinations.
